Either way you choose to get your quote, here are some useful tips that would help us know what to expect with caring for your personal needs:
How Many areas of carpet do you need to have cleaned?
We do not charge extra for larger rooms, so square footage doesn’t really matter to us unless it’s a commercial property. Be sure to include all areas that you can think of, such as Living, Dining, Master, Den, Game, Office, Hall, Bath, Walk in Closet, Outhouse, Stairs, Landing, etc.
Upholstery:
Let us know what all upholstery you’d like to have a quote on as well: Sofa, Love seat, ottoman, dining chairs, barstools, etc.
Oriental/Area Rugs:
Don’t know the exact size of your rugs? No need to go get the measuring tape. Just give us an approximation on the sizes for now. (8 x 10 oriental) (5 x 8) etc. We’ll handle the rest for you!
Automobiles:
If you’d like to get a quick quote on our vehicle cleaning service, just let us know what type of car/truck it is and what size, and what you’d like to have done (carpet, upholstery, protectant, deodorizer, etc.)
Pet Issues:
If you have pet stains or odor problems that you think are going to be an issue, be sure to let us know. FYI…9 times out of 10, a bad problem to you is usually no problem for us! Believe it or not =)
Other Stain or Odor Issues:
If you have any out of the ordinary stain or odor issues, just let us know. No matter what it is or how bad you think it might be, just remember…the carpet cleaner guy has always seen much worse!
Time frame:
This is useful information when it comes to scheduling for us all. If you have a sudden need or an unforeseen event and need rapid service…just let us know and we will handle it…even if that means after hours or weekends.
Protectants:
Think you may need protectant for your carpet or upholstery? Just ask us, and we’ll let you know if you actually need it or not, and what we recommend when the time comes.
