I cannot say enough about the fine job Dry-Fast did on my carpets throughout the house. I am very pleased – no... make that more than pleased with the job they did. I have two tropical birds and their health and safety is my number one priority. They are also the number one reason for the carpet cleaning, but that is another story! Their cleaning services did not transmit any fumes and the carpet was dry and ready to go quickly. They got out our hidden and surprise “gifts” that we did not see from the birds and made the carpet once again as fluffy as the day we had it installed. Mark Pace is our favorite carpet guy! We have used his company to clean our carpets in both our condo and our house and he is thorough and fast. We were able to use the carpets almost immediately after he left! We had some stubborn stains that he removed and now the high traffic areas look just like the unused parts of the carpet. The entire carpet looks like it was installed yesterday! The very expensive custom area rug in the sun room was a concern for us, but it looks just like it did when we had it made. We will certainly have Mark back when it’s time to clean our carpets again. Mark, thank you so much!

The method of carpet cleaning performed by Dry-Fast is extremely desirable because the process does not leave behind the traditional wet smelly carpet often experienced with carpet shampooing. Dry-Fast was successful in removing carpet stains that I suspected could not be cleaned and carpet would need to be replaced. A large spill of printing ink under my desk and a serious wax blob on the bedroom carpet were no match for the cleaning process Mark uses. He voluntarily worked on the spots until both blotches are now invisible. Mark has also cleaned walkway paths on all our carpets and the soiled marks on the sofas where our puppy rubs his head in addition to full room cleaning.
